EBS Property Investments, LLC is a privately held, Atlanta-based real estate company that invests and provides asset management services in U.S. office, retail and industrial properties with finance partners and institutions. Since the early 1990’s EBS has acquired over twenty properties totaling more than 3.0 million square feet at a cost of  $400 million, primarily in four core markets… Atlanta, Washington DC, Boston and Miami.

EBS’s principals form an experienced senior management team complemented by strategic alliances with affiliated professionals providing engineering, legal, property management and other support services and a comprehensive property sourcing network. EBS’s size, experience, and targeted investment strategy enable it to capitalize upon constantly changing economic and market conditions.  This operating platform has yielded an extraordinary track record for EBS and its financial partners.

We believe that successful real estate investments result from careful selection and hands on management of every aspect by a highly experienced senior management team operating with integrity.

Therefore, we purposefully have chosen to maintain a small organization where our partners, clients, tenants and vendors can deal directly with senior members of our team. Because of this principal-to-principal attitude, EBS will never be mistaken for a passive investor.

Furthermore, we believe that underlying most successful real estate investments are operating companies who are closely aligned with our financial partners’ interests.  Reflecting this, we co-invest with our capital partners when appropriate, and each transaction is designed so that our financial success is directly tied to the investment performance of the property. Our acquisition and management fees are modest but sufficient to cover the expenses associated with providing the necessary support.
